摘要
介绍了中国科学院工程热物理研究所和上海天新热能工程有限公司联合研制的130 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的积灰现象及应对办法,对于国内遇到同样问题的用户具有较好的示范作用。
Serious ash deposition occurred on a 130 t/h circulating fluldized bed boiler designed by Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences & Shanghai TianXin Thermal Engineering Co. , Ltd, temperatures of exhaust gas was high, steam temperatures did not reach design levels. Some effective methods of reducing ash deposition are described.
