摘要
结合唐钢生产实际分析了影响混合料制粒的各种因素。加水方法及位置不合理,混合机的填充率偏低,生石灰的质量波动较大,造成唐钢1#烧结机的混合料的治粒效果较差,应从以上几个方面采取措施提高混合料制粒效果。
The granulation effect of mixed ore of Tanggang 1 # sintering machine was discussed according to the practical conditions. Unreasonable watering mode and position, low charging rate, great variation of quicklime quality make the granulati effect of mixed ore bad. Measures for these aspects should be adopted to improve the effect of mixed ore. granulating
