摘要
采用自制的含氟硅环氧树脂制备低表面能防污涂层,研究了低分子聚酰胺和四乙烯五胺分别作为固化剂时含氟硅环氧树脂体系的固化反应动力学和吸水率、附着力、硬度等涂膜性能。结果表明:与四乙烯五胺相比,低分子聚酰胺作为固化剂时具有较高的反应活性和更为优越的综合性能;当树脂体系中含氟硅环氧树脂的质量分数为15%时,涂膜对水的接触角达到108°,且吸水率、附着力和涂膜硬度的综合性能最佳,该树脂在低表面能防污涂料中具有较好的应用前景。
Low surface energy antifouling coatings were prepared based on the homemade fluorosilicone -containing epoxy. Curing kinetics, water absorption of film , adhesion and film hardness were studied when low Mn poyamide (LMPA) and tetraethylene pentamine (TPA) were used as curing agents respectively. The results show that LMPA curing agent has a higher reactivity and films cured by LMPA have better film properties compared to TPA. When the mass fraction of fluorosilicone - containing epoxy in resin is 15% , the water contact angle of the film surface is over 108° and the comprehensive properties, such as water absorption of film, adhesion and film hardness are the best. Fluorosilicone - containing epoxy has a good prospect for its application in low surface energy antifouling coatings.
