摘要 涂料一般是由树脂、填料、溶剂和助剂构成的,其中对涂层性能影响最大的是树脂和填料。在树脂种类确定的情况下,填料是影响涂料性能的主要因素。合理地选择颜填料的种类及其含量是决定防腐蚀涂料耐腐蚀性能的关键。本文注重研究了不同含量的磷酸锌对涂层耐腐蚀性的影响,并对磷酸锌耐腐蚀机理进行了探讨。 The coating was often composed by resins, fillings, solvent and additives, in which the resins and fillings were the most important. When the resins were determined, the fillings would be the main factor to the performance of the coating. The key to the performance of anticorrosive coating was the kind of fillings and dosage. This article had studied the effect of the different contents of phosphate zinc to the performance of anticorrosive coating, and discussed the anticorrosion mechanism of the lithium zinc phosphate.
