摘要
随着经济全球化、专业化的发展和供应链管理技术的成熟,外包决策成为多数企业提高核心竞争力的重要选择。本文主要研究了企业外包决策的理论来源,从企业内部生产运作角度对企业外包所带来的竞争优势深入分析,给出了基于三种生产运作理论的企业外包决策模型。
Apply with the economic globalizafion and profession development and the maturity of supply chain manage technical, Outsourcing Decision becomes the important choice of the most business enterprise to raise the core competencies. This text mainly studied the theories source of the Enterprise outsoureing decision, thorough analysis the competitive advantage brought by the Enterprise outsourcing in the operation angle, given the Enterprise outsourcing Decision model according to three kinds of production operation theories.
