摘要
水资源可持续利用评价在水资源系统工程中具有重要地位。论述了区域水资源可持续利用与水资源承载力的关系,选用人均水资源量、每平方公里水资源量、人均用水量、万元GDP用水量、万元工业用水量、水资源利用率6个评价指标,利用多级模糊识别理论模型对福建省9个地市的水资源可持续利用程度进行了评价,评价的结果符合福建省水资源目前的情况。
Evaluation of water resources sustainable utilization has an important position in water resources system engineering. This paper discusses the relations between the regional water resources sustainable utilization and water resources carrying capacity. Using the theory of multilevel fuzzy recognition model, the paper draws evaluation of the sustainable utilization grade of water resources in nine cities of Fujian Province according to the 6 indexes: per capita amount of water resources, per km^2 amount of water resources, per capita amount of water use, per RMB 10,000 GDP amount of water use, per RMB 10,000 amount of industrial water use and the utilization ratio of water resources. The results are in accordance with the present situation of water resources in Fujian Province.
