摘要
用原子荧光光谱法考察了低浓度汞标准溶液的有效期,结果发现在体积分数5%的盐酸溶液中未添加其他稳定剂的条件下,低浓度汞标准溶液在3周内均可使用。这不但降低了汞及某些稳定剂的环境污染,节约了标准溶液使用量,还方便了操作者,不必每次测定前都需配制汞标准曲线溶液。
The useful life of low concentration mercury standard solutions was investigated by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The study results revealed that the 5 % HCI solutions of low coneentration mercury standard were valid in three weeks without adding other stabilizing reagent. Thus, the pollution resulted from mercury and some stabilizing reagents could be reduced to a certain extent, and the amount of mercury standard solution could be saved in the course of using. The operator could be provided with the convenience to investigate mercury samples without preparing the working curve on mercury solution before every measurement.
