列车蓄电池箱结构动力学分析与实测研究

摘要 对安装于列车上的蓄电池箱的不同工况利用Patran/Nastran进行了建模和结构动力学分析,并对不同工况的危险点进行了实际测试,分析和实验所得结论基本相同。通过分析和实验验证,蓄电池箱结构在任何方向均能承受TB/T3058-2002中规定的加速度冲击而不产生破坏,最大应力均小于材料的许用应力,符合结构强度要求,蓄电池箱的安全可靠性得到保证。 Proceeded modeling and the dynamic analysis using Nastran and practical measure research to the structure of accumulator case fixed in train under different working conditions. There is no difference between the conclusion from analysis and the one from experiment. According to validation of analysis and experiment, the structure of accumulator case can hold impact acceleration by setting in railway standard in any direction. The maximum stress is less than the allowable stress of the material under all conditions. The structure of accumulator case accorded the strength of the structure. Made the case enough safe and dependable.
