摘要
论述了基于VB孔加工数控自动编程系统的研究过程及其实现,分析了各种孔的特性。在预知加工零件的形状、精度和工艺要求等前提下提出了孔加工方案,并对设计中遇到的细节问题进行了解决,根据数控系统要求驱动数控机床工作。还对软件的结构设计进行了介绍,逐一列出了设计过程中解决的细节问题。本系统软件用Visual Basic 6.0编制。
It is discussed that the design procedure and realization of automatically programming system for NC machine tool of spot facing machining and the specificities of spot facing machining is analyzed. A scheme of point - by - point spot facing machining is brought up when the work - piece shape, precision and technological requirement are prevised and detailed problems met in the design are solved, so as to drive NC machine tool to work by NC system needs. The structure design of the software is also introduced and many detailed problems are given. The software system programmed in Visual Basic 6.0 has passed the trial machining testify.
