摘要
介绍了组态软件MCGS的特点及主要功能,通过采用PC机作为上位机,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为下位机和配以相关的数据采集模块等,在MCGS的开发环境下开发了适用于工矿企业泥浆制造的生产监控自动化管理系统,为该行业生产提供了可靠的技术保证,并为进一步研究及构建泥浆制造的智能控制系统奠定了基础。
The main characteristics and functions of configuration software MCGS are introduced. Using PC as upper computer, PLC as lower one, with the pertinent data acquisition module etc., an automatic management system for slurry manufacture in industrial enterprise was developed in the environment of configuration software MCGS. The reliable maintenance logistics can be provided for the productions in the industry. Furthermore, an intelligent control system for slurry manufacture can be researched and set up based on this system.
