摘要
目的观察恩氟烷对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法按分层随机区组设计将小鼠分为4组(n=10):生理盐水组(NS组)、恩氟烷(0.1 ml.kg-1、0.2 ml.kg-1、0.4 ml.kg-1)组(En0.1、En0.2、En0.4组)。用跳台实验和避暗实验分别测定用药后1、2、3、5天的错误次数和潜伏期。结果用药后第1天,与NS组相比,En0.2、En0.4组跳台、避暗错误次数增多(P<0.05,P<0.01),潜伏期明显缩短(P均<0.01)。En0.1组跳台、避暗错误次数和潜伏期与NS组相比均无明显差异。用药后第2、3、5天,在跳台实验和避暗实验中,各组错误次数和潜伏期的差异均无显著性。结论恩氟烷能短时损害小鼠的学习记忆能力,不会造成持久的学习记忆能力障碍。
Objective To investigate the effect of enflurane on memory in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into4 groups (n = 10 each) : normal saline group (NS group)and enflurane 0.1 ml·kg^-1, 0.2 ml·kg^-1 and 0.4 ml·kg^-1 groups ( En0.1 , En0.2 and En0.4 groups). The number of error and the length of latency were recorded one day, two days, three days and five days after the drug administration in the step - down and step - through tasks. Results As compared with the NS group, on the first day, the number of error was increased and the latency was decreased in the step - down and step - through tasks ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) in the En0.2 and En0.4 groups, in a dose - dependent manner. However, on the second day, third day and fifth day, no significant differences in number of error or latency among groups were detected in the step - down and step - through tasks. Conclusion Enflurane can temporarily impair the memory in mice, causing no persistent memory defect.
