摘要
介绍了一种能够在现场测定P91钢的横波声速和衰减系数的简单精确的快速方法,在不增加试块制作成本的前提下,利用所测的声特性数据,对仪器进行调整、对探伤距离-波幅(DAC)曲线进行修正,在模拟试块上对各种焊接缺陷进行检测,在此基础上提出了一套适用于现场的快速有效检测P91钢焊接接头缺陷的超声探伤工艺。
The article has introduced one kind of the transversal wave being able to determine P91 steel in the scene sound velocity and simple accurate attenuation coefficient fleetness method. It has made use of what be measured sound characteristic property data under the premise not increasing examination piece making cost,and the curve carrying out the amplitude (DAC) adjusting. Being at a distance of one to the crack detection on the instrument carries out amendment, a test on simulating examination piece to various weld defect was given. It suggested that a set of the rapidly effective detecting P91 steel applying to a scene solders the connection middle defect's here on the basis surpassing the sound crack detection handicraft.
