基于盲源分离的共振解调技术在齿轮齿面接触故障诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 提出一种运用基于盲源分离的共振解调技术对齿轮齿面接触故障进行诊断的方法.该方法利用盲源分离算法对传感器采集的混合信号进行分离,获取纯粹的故障源信号;采用共振解调技术对分离后的故障源信号进行频谱分析,成功地提取了齿轮齿面直接接触的故障特征. A method using demodulated resonance technique based on blind source separation is developed for gear contact diagnosis.Using blind source separation,pure fault source signal is obtained by separatin g mixed signals from sensors.Applying demodulated resonance technique to separated signals,gear contact character information is extracted successfully.
