摘要
本文以中间体油酸三乙醇胺双酯、一氯乙酸为原料,在一定条件下合成了新型衣物洗涤用两性柔软剂——油酸三乙醇胺双酯甜菜碱,探讨了合成的优化工艺条件,并对产物进行乳化以及应用性能测试。测试结果表明:该柔软剂的柔软性接近阳离子型柔软剂TA100,白度和再润湿性均好于TA100,对织物的损伤程度小于TA100。
A new type amphoteric softener for clothing-triethanolamine oleate bi-ester betaine is synthesized under certain conditions, and the resultant product is emulsified and its applied performance is tested.The optimal synthetic conditions are discussed also.
