摘要
笔者从计算流体力学出发,使用GAMBIT对模型进行网格划分,用世界著名的CFD软件Fluent对螺旋槽干气密封进行了数值模拟分析,并与权威的试验值进行比较,验证了所用方法在螺旋槽干气密封研究中应用的可行性和可信性。
Based on the theory of CFD, the author plots the grid of the computation model by GAMBIT, then simulates and analyses the seal gas space of spiral groove gas seal by Fluent ; through comparing the computation result of Fluent with the resuit of authoritative experimentation, validate this method. It is feasible and creditable to apply the methord to spiral gas seal research. This is very helpful for researching and developing the production of gas seal in practice.
