摘要
以2,6,8,12-四乙酰基-2,4,6,8,10,12-六氮杂四环[5,5,0,03,1105,9]十二烷(TAIW)为原料,利用硝化剂N2O5在HNO3介质中硝化硝解TAIW制得CL-20。该方法可避免浓H2SO4污染,最佳反应条件为:反应温度为40℃,反应时间为1 h,n(TAIW)∶n(N2O5)∶n(HNO3)=1∶4∶36,产率为86.1%,纯度达到99%。产物经元素分析、核磁共振、质谱等测试技术对其结构进行了检测和表征。
In this article, CL-20 was synthesized via nitration and nitrolysis of 2,6,8,12-tetraacetyl-2,4,6, 8,10,12-hexaazatetracyelo [5,5,0,0^3,11 0^5,9] dodeeane(TAIW) with N2O5/HNO3 as the nitrating agent. The product yield was 86. 1% and the purity was 99%. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and the molar ratio of the reagents on the yield were also investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 1 h, and a molar ratio of TAIW: N2O5:HNO3 of 1:4: 36. The structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and MS.
