医院革兰阴性菌感染情况及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了解我院革兰阴性感染情况及其耐药性特点,提高临床抗感染治疗效果。方法:按《全国临床检验操作规程》将2005年1月至2007年9月894份临床标本分离,阳性标本463份,其中244株革兰阴性菌通过美国BD公司生产的phoenixTM-100全自动细菌鉴定/药敏系统进行鉴定及药敏分析、统计处理。结果:大肠埃希菌铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌是我院分率最的4种革兰阴性菌。亚胺培南、阿米卡星对4种革兰阴性杆菌耐药率低,4种菌尤其是铜绿假单胞和阴沟肠杆菌已对临床常用的多种抗生素产生了很高的耐药性。大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs检出率分别为27.6%和35.7%。产ESBLs大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌耐药率明显高于不产ES-BLs菌株。结论:我院G-菌耐药性的问题已日益严重,临床应重视细菌耐药性的监测,合理使用抗生素,遏制细菌耐药性的发展。
