摘要
目的:观察步长稳心颗粒与倍他乐克联用治疗心律失常的疗效及耐受性。方法:将112例心律失常的患者随机分为两组,治疗组54例采用步长稳心颗粒与较小剂量倍他乐克联用治疗;对照组58例应用较大剂量倍他乐克治疗。观察疗效及耐受性。结果:治疗1个月后治疗组总有效率92.59%,对照组总有效率81.82%。两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:步长稳心颗粒,较小剂量倍他乐克联用治疗心律失常有明显疗效,更易为病人耐受。
Objective To investigate the effects and tolerance ofwenxin keli withmetoprolol on arrhythmia. Methods 112 patients with arrhythmia were randomly dividedinto two groups. The treatment group（54 cases） treated with wenxin keli and lower dosemetoprolol, and the control group （48 cases） with higher dose metoprolol. Then observedthe clinical effects and tolerance. Results The total effects of treatment group were 92.59 %〉 those of the control group were 81.82 %, were significantly less than treatments （P〈0.05）one month after treatment. Conclusion The wenxin keli with metoprolol iseffecrive on arrhythmia, and more easier to be tolerante by patients.
