摘要
随着玉门油田青西地区勘探开发的深入,钻探深度不断增加,相继出现了多口井深超过5000 m的井,这就需要研究相应的深井取心技术。结合近几年青西地区深井取心技术的现场应用情况,主要从取心钻头和取心工具的选型、取心参数的匹配、钻具结构的优选、取心过程复杂和事故的预防以及如何提高取心收获率5个方面进行了研究。现场应用表明,应用该技术可提高取心收获率,减少取心过程的复杂和事故,3年来该区块5000 m以上井段取心过程复杂、事故损失为0,除去套管摩阻和地层破碎等特殊原因影响,平均取心收获率达到98.44%。
Along with the further exploration and development of Qingxi area of Yumen Oilfield and the greater depth of drilling exploration, multiple wells with depth more than 5000 m are successively drilled, which requires more on deep coring technologies. In this paper, coring technology difficulties of deep well sections in the area are analyzed. Furthermore, research is conducted on selected types of coring bits and tools, match of coring parameters, optimization of drilling tool assembly, prevention of complicated coring process and accidents, and how to enhance coring recovery. Field application shows that the new technology can be used for enhancing coring recovery, simplifying coring process and reducing accidents. Coring of well sections of more than 5000m has been complicated with zero accident in the past three years. Coring recovery reaches 98.44% on average eliminating casing friction and formation breaking.
