帕米膦酸二钠配合局部热疗治疗老年转移性骨痛 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察帕米膦酸二钠(博宁)配合局部热疗治疗老年转移性骨痛的疗效。方法将42例老年患者随机分成单药组(博宁)20例和联合组(博宁+热疗)22例;单药组:博宁60mg加入生理盐水500ml静滴4小时以上,每4周重复;联合组:在用博宁的同时,每周加用两次疼痛部位的局部热疗,设置加热温度43℃,保持恒温60分钟,治疗两个周期后评价;观察两组的止痛效果。结果联合组的止痛的显效率和完全缓解率分别为91%和55%,明显高于单药组的(75%和45%)。结论博宁配合局部热疗治疗转移性骨痛具有协同作用。 Objective Chamomi Pamidronate (Bonin) with pain in the elderly effect. Methods 42 elderly patients local hyperthermia treatment of metastatic bone were randomly divided into single-agent group (Bonin) 20 cases and the Joint Group (Bonin+ hyperthermia) 22% single drug groups: 60 mg Bonin 500 ml saline infusion over four hours, repeated every 4 weeks; Joint group: Bonin used in the same time, twice a week plus pain parts of the local hyperthermia, installed the heating temperature of 43℃, maintain constant temperature of 60 minutes, treatment evaluation after two cycles;. Observation of the two groups, respectively. Results Group painkiller significant efficiency and complete remission rates were 91 % and 55 %. significantly higher than that of single-drug group (75 % and 45 % ). Conclusion Bonin with local hyperthermia treatment of metastatic bone pain with synergies.
