摘要
硅橡胶高低温性能优异,可作为宽温度柔性接头用首选弹性材料。通过分析补强剂、增塑剂、硫化剂等对硅橡胶性能的影响,优化硅橡胶配方,提高低模量硅橡胶力学性能。结果表明,在甲基乙烯基硅橡胶中加入35-40份(质量份,下同)高补强气相白炭黑、0.3-0.5份硫化剂,同时添加适量增塑剂,研制的硫化硅橡胶剪切模量稳定在0.25-0.30MPa内,力学性能比4^#白炭黑补强硅橡胶有较大幅度提高。采用有机硅改性环氧胶粘剂进行硅橡胶硫化胶与金属试片粘接,两板拉伸剪切强度达到3.0MPa,改善了硅橡胶与其他材料的粘接可靠性。
Silicon rubber was taken as first choice material for flexible joint within wide temperature range due to its superior properties at high and low temperature. The effects of reinforcing agent, plasticizer and vulcanizing agent on properties of silicon rubber were analyzed, then formulation of silicon rubber was optimized so as to improve mechanical properties of low-modulus silicon rubber. The results show that shear modulus of the vulcanized silicon rubber was controlled within 0.25 to 0.30 MPa by adding some ingredients into methyl vinyl silicone rubber, such as 30 to 40 portion gas-phase reinforcing white carbon black,0.3 to 0.5 portion vulcanizing agent, proper plasticizer and so on;mechanical properties of the vulcanized silicon rubber are better than that of 4^# white carbon black reinforced silicon rubber;the SiO2/epoxy resin was used for binding silicon rubber vulcaniate and metal test piece, so tensile shear strength reaches 3.0 MPa, and bond reliability between silicone rubber and other material is improved.
