摘要
从草莓产前栽培制度选择、适宜品种选择、草莓产中营养液喷布、适时采收等几个方面介绍为延长货架寿命所采取的若干主要技术措施,并且阐述了草莓采后进行物理保鲜技术、化学保鲜技术及生物保鲜技术的研究进展。
The technology of prolong strawberry shelf life were discussed. It is suggested not only to choose suit-able cultivars and production systems, to spray plant growth substances before fruit harvest, but also to pick it in time. The research advance of physical, chemical and biological motheds after fruit harvest in preservation were also dicussed in this paper.
