玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料厚板钻削试验研究 被引量:3

Experiment Study of Drilling Thick Composite Laminates

摘要 使用HSS及硬质合金钻头钻削加工GFRP厚板,并利用正交试验分析方法,采用不同的钻削参数对高强玻璃纤维复合材料厚板进行钻削实验,得出了适宜的切削参数。最后,利用正交回归原理建立了轴向力经验公式,预测轴向力随切削参数的变化趋势。 HSS and carbide drill were used to machine thick composite laminate.The experiments were performed by drilling with different cutting parameters and drilling diameters.The appropriate cutting parameters are available through orthogonal test.A simple experiential formula of thrust force is established by calculation of orthogonal regression.
