摘要
分析了矿用轴流通风机叶片设计的基本方法,对叶片扭曲规律进行了讨论。建立了矿用轴流通风机BK40-4-No10的风机模型,对其叶轮进行设计,并对三种不同变环量指数叶片的轴流通风机进行数值模拟,得到了风压、功率和全压效率与质量流量的变化曲线,以及这三个参数随不同变环量指数的变化趋势。通过分析比较,得出了这种通风机比较理想的变环量指数取值。
The basic design method of the coal mine axial flow fan blades is analyzed to discuss blade twisting law.The coal mine axial flow fan BK40-4-No10 is established to design the impeller.A numerical simulation of three different non-constant circulation indexes of axial flow fan blade is presented.This paper gets the curves of pressure,power and full pressure efficiency with the changes of mass flow,and the trend of the three parameters with the changes of different non-constant circulation indexes.At last the reasonable non-constant circulation index of this kind of axial flow fan through analysis and contrast is gotten.
