β受体阻滞剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛20例疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较和评价β受体阻滞剂联合应用阿斯匹林、低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法:将不稳定型心绞痛随机分为两组,常规治疗组(A组)给予拜阿斯匹林口服,低分子肝素钠皮下注射,单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注。β受体阻滞剂治疗组(B组)改单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注为美托洛尔注射液静脉滴注。结果:β受体阻滞剂治疗组有效率为90%,常规治疗组为60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:β受体阻滞剂联合应用阿斯匹林、低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,可减少有症状或无症状的心肌缺血发作,安全、有效。
