摘要
设计开发了一台高精度、高性能,具有自主知识产权的微细孔电火花喷孔加工机床。该机床采用卧式布局旋转主轴,主轴转速可调。采用基于压电陶瓷与步进电机结合的宏微伺服进给系统,能实现电极的微步距振动式进给。配有制作微细工具电极的反拷系统,能够在线获得所需的各种尺寸的工具电极。该机床能稳定加工各种柴油机喷嘴的喷孔,尤其适合加工孔径为0.05~0.20mm的喷孔,加工精度达0.001—0.005mm,加工效率达到20~50s/孔。
A high-precision and high-performance micro spray-hole EDM machine tool was designed and developed with independent intellectual property right. The spindle of the machine tool is horizontal and rotary, and its speed is adjustable. The serve system adopts a macro and micro servo system with piezoelectric ceramic and step motor, which can realize a vibration, feed of electrode with micro-step. A reverse machining electrode system was outfitted for fabricating microelectrode with any dimension. The machine tool can process spray-holes of the different diesel engines' nozzles steadily, especially is suitable to process the spray-holes whose diameter is 0.05 -0. 20 mm, with the precision of 0. 001 -0. 005 mm, and the efficiency of 20 - 50 s/hole.
