摘要 脑梗死周围存在缺血半暗带,缺血半暗带是卒中治疗的主要靶点。核索显像能通过对梗死灶周围组织的局部脑血流、代谢变化、^11C-氟马西尼受体显像和乏氧显像等方法有效检测缺血半暗带,为脑梗死的个体化治疗提供指导。 Ischemic penumbra exists in ischemic zone surrounding cerebral infarction, and ischemic penumbra is the major target in the treatment of stroke. Radionuclide imaging can effectively detecting ischemic penumbra through regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF), metabolic changes, ^11C-flumazenil receptor imaging, and hypoxic imaging in the peripheral area surrounding infarction. It may provide a guide for the individualized treatment in patients with cerebral infarction.
