纹缟虾虎鱼胚胎耗氧率及Cu^2+、Pb^2+、Zn^2+对其影响的研究 被引量:16

摘要 用微量碘量法测定纹缟虾虎鱼胚胎发育过程的耗氧率以及Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+对其胚胎耗氧率影响。实验结果表明:在24±0.3℃条件下,胚胎耗氧率随胚胎发育时间呈上升的趋势,在出膜前达到最高,其中以原肠期和出膜期耗氧率变化最显著。胚胎各时期耗氧率与发育时间的相关方程为:ORt=0.0702e0.0193t(R2=0.9402)。胚胎耗氧率随三种重金属离子浓度升高呈逐渐上升的趋势,当Cu2+浓度达到0.4 mg/L以及Pb2+、Zn2+浓度分别达到2.0 mg/L时,耗氧率开始降低。三种重金属离子对纹缟虾虎鱼胚胎耗氧率影响由强到弱依次为:Cu2+>Zn2+>Pb2+。 The oxygen consumption rate in several development stages of trident goby (Tridentiger trigonocephalus) embryos as well as its influeces caused by the different concentration levels of copper, lead and zinc have been determined. The experimental results showed that under the water temperature 24 ±0.3 ℃, the oxygen consumption rate increased gradually with the development of embryos and became the highest when embryos were in pre-stage of hatching. The stages of gastrula and hatching were sensitive especially to dissolved oxygen content in water. The oxygen cunsumption rate in several development stages were positive correlation with the time of embryo development, and their correlation equation was ORt = 0. 070 2e^0.0193t( R^2 =0. 940 2). The oxygen cunsumption rate increases gradually with the rise of concentration of copper, lead and zinc. The oxygen consumption rate of embryos bacame the highest when the concentration of copper in water was 0.4 mg/L and the concentration of lead and zinc were 2.0 mg/L.
