摘要
用气压胀形的方法成形异形气雾罐是一种先进的塑性加工技术,采用数值模拟的方法,针对异形气雾罐气压胀形工艺进行了系统研究,获得一些有利于成形的工艺参数和成型规律,研究结果对工艺优化和过程控制具有一定的实用价值。
The barometric bulging method for forming profiled aerosol tanks is a type of advanced plastic processing technology. A systematic study was made on the barometric bulging process on the basis of numerical simulation, and some suited technological parameters and forming rules were obtained. The research result will help to the optimization of technique and process control.
