摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定白酒中甜蜜素含量。检测条件:色谱柱ODSHypersil,流动相:甲醇∶水=80∶20,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长314 nm。结果表明,线性范围10~200μg/mL,回收率93.15%~106.67%,相对标准偏差1.2%~2.8%,定性检测下限1.0μg/mL,定量检测下限2.0#g/mL。该法简便,适合白酒中甜蜜素含量的测定。
Cyclamate content in liquor was measured by HPLC. The measurement conditions were as follows: chromatography column: ODSHypersil (5μm,120 mm×2 mm), mobile phase: CH30H:H2O=80:20, flow rate: 1.00 mL/min, and detection wavelength:314 nm. The results suggested that the linecar range was between 10-200μg/mL, the recycling rate was 93.15 %-106.67 %, RSD was 1.2 %-2.8 %, and lower limit of quantitative detection was 1.0μg/mL, higher limit of quantitative detection was 2.0μg/mL.This method was convenient and reliable and suitable for the detection of cyclamate content in liquor.
