摘要 随着科学技术的发展，实验技术已经成为实现实验目的的重要手段，对实验新技术的了解和掌握是科技工作者应具备的技能。激光扫描共聚焦显微镜（Laser Scan-ning Confocal Microscope，LSCM）是当今世界上最先进的分子细胞生物学分析仪器，利用激光、电子摄像和计算机图像处理系统，使用紫外光或可见光激发荧光探针，从而得到细胞或组织内部微细结构的荧光图像，
