摘要
通过研究疏水基团对稠化剂的影响以及分析稠化剂对压裂液性能影响的机理,研究了一种疏水缔合物压裂液稠化剂。传统的聚合物压裂液具有不抗剪切性,而在稠化剂中引入疏水单体,由它形成的聚合物压裂液能在分子间产生具有一定强度但又可逆的物理缔合,形成三维网状结构,表现出较好的抗剪切性能。本研究利用丙烯酰胺、疏水单体N-烷基丙烯酰胺和N-乙烯吡咯环酮合成一种压裂液稠化剂。丙烯酰胺、N-烷基丙烯酰胺和N-乙烯吡咯环酮配比为(5~8):0.5:2,恒温40℃~60℃,pH值=7,反应6~8h,引发剂配比:过硫酸铵:亚硫酸氢钠为1:2,加量为0.2%(ω),单体总浓度为20%~30%。并对合成的稠化剂进行了综合性能的评价。
Studied the hydrophobic groups and the influence to the gelatinizer as well as analyzes the mechanism of the gelatinizer to the fracturing fluid performance influence.This paper has studied one kind of hydrophobic association fracturing fluid gelatinizer.The traditional polymer fracturing fluid does not have anti-shearing.Joining the Hydrophobic monomer in the gelatinizer,the forms of polymer fracturing fluid is able to produce certain intensity and reversible physical association in intermolecular,forms the three dimensional network structure.It can display the good anti-shearing performance.We synthesizes fracturing fluid gelatinizer using acrylic amide,NVP and the N-alkyl acrylic amide.The monomer ratio of acrylic amide,NVP and the N-alkyl acrylic amide is(5-8)∶0.5∶2,the reaction temperature is 40℃-60℃,the pH is 7,reaction time is 6-8hours,initiator ratio is 1∶2 and the quantity is 0.2%(wt),the total concentration of monomer is 20%-30%.And the performance of the synthesis gelatinizer were evaluated,results indicated it is a fine performance shear hydrophobic association fracturing fluid gelatinizer.
