摘要 本文就细菌抗菌药物耐药基因研究中值得注意的问题继续作介绍,包括革兰阴性杆菌质粒介导的喹诺酮类药物耐药机制、革兰阴性杆菌复方新诺明耐药机制、β-内酰胺酶基因家族要分簇检测。 This article introduces the notable problems in researching the drug resistance genes of bacteria to the antibacterial, including mechanisms of the plasmid-mediated drug resistance to quinolone, the mechanisms of resistance to SMZ-TMP of gram negative bacilli, and the β- lactamase gene family should be detected by different clusters.
