摘要
目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)或阿托品复合咪哒唑仑(咪唑安定)对病人术中心率(HR),平均动脉压(MAP),血氧饱和度(SpO2)及催眠、镇静和遗忘作用的影响效果。方法:根据术前用药,随机分为A组(盐酸戊乙奎醚组)和B组(阿托品组);两组均给予咪哒唑仑0.07mg/kg(总量<5mg)。病人入室后常规连续监测心电图(EKG)、MAP、HP、SpO2,确定其基础值,麻醉选以腰麻-连续硬膜外联合麻醉。采用Ramsay分级观察两组患者的镇静程度,分别观察两组镇静和遗忘。结果:两组HR,MAP,SpO2基础值比较无明显差异(P>0.05),而阿托品明显增快患者心率(P<0.05),各组MAP、SpO2无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组镇静遗忘作用有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:作为术前用药,阿托品可以明显增快患者心率,盐酸戊乙奎醚则对患者心率无明显影响。盐酸戊乙奎醚可增强咪哒唑仑的镇静和遗忘作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of penehyclidine or atropine combined with midazolam on HR,mean arterial pressure(MAP),saturation of blood oxygen(SpO2),hypnosis,conseious-sedation and lapsus memoriae in patients during operation.Methods:The patients were divided into group A(penehyclidine group) and group B(atropine group) according to the premedication at random. Monitoring electrocardiogram (EKG), MAP,HR,SpO2 before anesthetizing to determine the fundamental values of patients under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. The two groups were compounded with midzolam 0.07 mg/kg (total dose〈5 mg).Results:The fundamental values of MAP,HR,SpO2 were not significant different between the two groups(P〉0.05).There was significant difference in HR,conscious-sedation and lapsus(P〈0.05) in the two groups after premedication, while MAP and SpO: didn't change significantly(P〉0.05). The effect of conscious-sedation and lapsus memoriae resulted from midazolam.Conclusion: As premedication, atropine increase the heart rate and penehyclidine potentiated the sedation of midazolam.
