摘要
目的:总结产后出血的原因,以减少产后出血的发生率。方法:对怀孕妇女做好产前检查,及早发现可能引起产后出血的因素并进行治疗。产程开始后一定要做好产时的护理及产后的观察。如有引起产后出血的因素存在,应做好各种抢救工作的准备。结果:本组32例产后出血患者,1例行子宫全切术,1例死亡,其余全部治愈。结论:认真分析产后出血的原因、做到早诊断、早治疗,减少产后出血的发生。
Objective： To summarize the causes of postpartum hemorrhage, and to find ways to decrease the chances of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： By prenatal check-up, we found out the factors that could probably cause the postpartum hemorrhage caller and treat them on time. Take proper intrapartum nursing and postpartum observation during labour. Get all the emergency treatments ready if there were factors that could cause the postpartum hemorrhage. Results： Among 32 patients with postpartum hemorrhage, all had been cured except hysterectomia and one death. Conclusions： To decrease the chances of postpartum hemorrhage, we should anaylyse the cause of postpartum hemorrhage carefully, check-up and cure earlier.
