摘要
bZIP蛋白是植物中特有的一类转录因子,包含亮氨酸拉链结构域和碱性结构域两部分。在种子贮藏基因表达、光形态发生及器官建成以及植物对ABA、光、厌氧生活和发育信号的反应中,bZIP蛋白家族对调节基因的表达都起到重要的作用。对已鉴定出的78个拟南芥bZIP基因(包括-like)中72个bZIP基因(不包括-like和假设蛋白),利用系统发育树分为8个组,以期进一步探讨进化组中的生物特征和功能。
The basic leucine zipper(bZIP) protein that containing leucine zipper domain and basic domain are one unique kind of transcription factors/repressors in plants. The family of bZIP genes plays an important role in the gene expression which regulating the seed storage, light morphogenesis, organogenesis, and in regulating the response of plants on the signals of ABA, light, anaerobic life and development. The 78 bZIP genes (including bZIP like)in Arabidopsis thaliana were identified. Of them, putative AtbZIP proteins translated by the 72 bZIP genes (excluding bZIP like and hypothetical proteins)were clustered into 8 groups by PHYLIP according to sequence similarities of their basic region. It is very important to study on the functional characteristics of bZIP transcription factors in plant in future.
