摘要
研究了在给定时间范围内,两级供应链整合环境下单一变质产品的库存模型。鉴于生产商以固定的生产率进行一次性连续生产和零售商从生产商处多次批量订购的运营模式,产品变质率为常数,顾客的需求率随时间线性下降且依赖于零售商当前库存水平,分别建立了生产商和零售商的库存模型,并给出了求解生产商最优生产时间的算法。最后,对算例进行仿真,分别从生产商、零售商和整合的角度计算得到了系统的最小平均总成本,从而证实了从供应链整合角度的系统平均总成本要比单独从生产商或零售商角度的系统平均总成本低。
A deteriorating inventory model for a single product under a two-echelon integrated supply chain environment in a given time horizon was studied. This inventory system consisted of a manufacturer and a retailer. Single continuous production at a given production rate and multiple batch ordering were considered. Inventory models for the manufacturer and the retailer were developed when deteriorating rates were constant, and demand rate of customer decreased linearly with time and depended on retailer's current inventory level. The objective was to develop an optimal ordering strategy for retailers to minimize the average total cost of this inventory system. An algorithm to calculate the manufacturer's optimal production time was derived. Finally, a numerical example was given to illustrate the results of the model. The minimum average total cost was derived respectively from the perspectives of the manufacturer, the retailer and the integrated system. Result showed that the integrated strategy resulted in the lowest average total cost as compared to independent decision approaches.
