摘要
对淮安市中小制造企业技能人才开发进行了调查研究。研究发现淮安市中小制造企业技能人才开发存在以下问题:技能人才总量少、技才人才年龄结构不合理、技能人才学历偏低、技能人才流失严重、缺乏有效培训、企内部工作环境不和谐等。在此基础上,结合淮安市中小企业的实际提出制造企业技能人才的开发策略,主要包括:大力发展职业技术教育、优化人才结构、建立完善的培训体系、合理利用外部人力资源、创建技能薪酬激励体系等。
Having investigated the development of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Huaian, this paper has found the following problems: less number of skilled talents, unreasonable age structure of skilled talents, low qualification of skilled talents, serious drain of skilled talents, lack of effective training and inharmonic working t of enterprises. For this reality, the paper comes up with some strategies of developing vocational and technical education intensively, improving talent structure, establishing a good training system, rationally utilizing external human resource and setting up a skill-based-salary incentive system.
