点焊工艺参数对汽车用BIF340钢板焊接性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同的点焊工艺参数对高强度钢板BIF340实施焊接,并对焊接接头进行组织性能分析,研究点焊参数对BIF340焊接性能的影响。结果发现:当焊接电流偏低或偏高时,适当调整焊接时间可以提高钢板的焊接性能;取4kA焊接电流和10周波焊接时间时,焊接接头性能较好。 We welded the high strength steel BIF340 in different spot welding processing parameters, the structure and property of the welding joint are analyzed, the welding property of high strength steel BIF340 effeeted by different welding processing parameter were researched. The results show that the effects on the property of the high strength steel BIF340 welding joint were not independent by welding current and welding time; when the welding current was lower or higher, the property of the high strength steel could be improved by changing proper welding time; when the welding time was 10 cycle and the welding current was 4 kA, the property of welding joint would be better.
