摘要
再生颤振几乎在所有实际的切削加工及磨削加工中都存在,从能量平衡角度来看再生颤振产生的机理,分析变动主轴转速时的能量转换来预测抑制再生颤振的效果,通过变速切削试验来总结抑制再生颤振的因素及变速切削的优缺点,进而实际应用变速切削,得到良好的加工表面。
