摘要
介绍压缩冷凝机组性能测试试验台测控系统的研制。该测控系统参照行业标准JB/T9056-1999进行设计,以第二制冷剂量热器法为主要测试方法进行试验研究。测试机组的冷量范围为0.6~35kW。压缩冷凝机组制冷剂为R22,第二制冷剂为R141b。采用Omron-PLC及e-View触摸屏、PID调节器、可控硅调功器等控制件来实现性能试验台的自动控制。测量系统硬件部分集合数据采集单元和相关测量仪表,软件部分以VB6.0为开发平台,配合Microsoft Access数据库。控制系统用PLC作为下位机进行现场控制,通过触摸屏输入开关、频率、温度等信号,实现对试验室温度、风速、电加热、压缩机等精确调节。采用模糊PID调节技术,保证系统的迅速稳定与可靠性。试验证明测控系统能够很好地完成压缩冷凝机组测试系统的数据采集与控制任务。
Introduces an automatic test and to the industry standard JB/T 9056-1999. In control system. Developes this system according which, the method of the second refrigerant is the main one. Compressor condensing units' capacity is 0.6-35 kW. The refrigerant is R22 and the second refrigerant is R141b. The control system uses E-View touch screen, Omron- PLC, PID controller, SSR power regulators to achieve automatic control requirements. The system includes data acquisition unit and control unit. The design of the software is based on the platform of VB6.0 with Microsoft Access database. Control system is based on the PLC. Inputs the signals of temperature, frequency through the touch screen. Uses these signals to realize the prediction control of the laboratory temperature, wind velocity, electric heating and compressors. Applies fuzzy PID control technology to ensure quick stability and reliability of the system. Experiments show that the compressor condensing unit testing system is satisfied with the data acquisition and control tasks.
