1524例0~6岁儿童血微量元素测试结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解杭州市下城区0—6岁儿童血微量元素的水平,并探讨其相互之间的关系。方法:采用美国PE公司生产的原子吸收光谱仪,用石墨炉原子吸收法及火焰法测定1524例0—6岁儿童的全血铅含量及血清锌、铁、钙、铜、镁的含量。结果:血清锌、铁、钙、铜值在0~岁组较高,以后逐渐降低。血铅值有随年龄增长而增高的趋势,男女童之间无显著性差异。平均铅中毒率为28.15%,男女童之间无显著性差异。铅中毒儿童的锌、铁、钙、铜值均低于非铅中毒儿童,差异有显著性。结论:及时纠正微量元素缺乏,积极预防和及时治疗铅中毒,以促进儿童的健康成长。
