摘要
香港学前教育于2007年开始实施教育券制。本文主要分析了香港教育券制的模式与特点,同时进一步探讨此种新的资助形式将会带给香港的价值,揭示它可能产生的问题,并研究教育券制对促进香港学前教育发展的意义。
Education voucher system will be introduced in Hong Kong preschool education. This article tries to analyze the form and features of this system, studying what value it will bring for Hong Kong and the possible problems arising from it. It probes into the significance of this system in promoting the development of Hong Kong preschool education.
