摘要
以SDS、OP-10为乳化剂,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系进行有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液聚合研究,比较不同工艺条件对乳液聚合及其性能的影响。研究结果表明有机硅后加工艺得到的乳液性能优于有机硅先加工艺得到的乳液。采用红外光谱表征硅丙共聚物的组成、结构,表明用不同工艺均能成功地在丙烯酸酯聚合物上引入有机硅。透射电镜表明得到的硅丙乳液为核壳结构。
The title silicone modified acrylate emulsion polymerization was studied using anionic sodium dodecyl sulfate and non ionic OP- 10 as surfactants and potassium persulfate/sodium bisulfite as redox initiation system. The effect of different preparation technology on emulsion polymerization and properties are studied. It has shown that the property of the emulsion was much better when silicone was added at the end. The IR showed that the silicone was copolymerized with acrylates. The transmission electron microscope showed that the structure of the silicone acrylates emulsion was core - shell.
