摘要
选用适宜的金属粘接剂,制备了硬铝合金粘接接头,并对不同粘接工艺条件下接头的剪切强度进行了测试比较。结果表明:当粘接剂中A胶、B胶两组分的质量配比为3:1时,接头强度较高,且在该比例下,粘胶层固化10h后,接头可达到最高剪切强度。
Using appropriate metal adhesive, the adhesive joint of hard-Al ahoy was prepared. And the shear strength of the joints at different procedure conditions were tested and compared. The results show that the joint strength is higher when the proportion by weight of the composition of glue A and glue B is 3:1; and at the same proportion, the shear strength is the highest when the solidification time is over 10h.
