摘要 构造了拣货作业中订单分批问题的数学模型,在一些模型假设的基础上,提出了解决该问题的节约启发式算法。算例分析表明,该算法的订单分批结果优于传统的先到先服务分批结果,为实现订单优化分批拣货作业提供了新方法。 A mathematical model of order batching problem is established and a saving heuristics algorithm to solve the problem is given based on some assumptions. Modeling and analyzing of a specific AS/RS shows that better results are obtained with the saving heuristics algorithm than with the traditional method of first come first service.
