摘要
根据室内垂直升降作业的需求,结合国内外高空作业升降台的特点,分析了国内现有高空作业升降台的不足,提出了新型桅柱式升降台及倒立桅柱升降机构的结构设计,建立了倒立桅柱升降机构的力学模型,经受力分析和液压缸的计算,推导出动载荷系数ki和导向柱间摩擦力F的计算公式。该新型桅柱式升降机构解决了国内升降台在室内使用存在的问题,提高了升降台整体刚度、导向性和稳定性。
Considering requirements of vertical lift for warehouses and the characteristics of domestic and overseas elevating work platforms, this paper expounds the shortcomings of domestic existing equipment, puts forward overall arrangement of handstand mast vertical lift and structural design of the handstand mast . In additon, the mechanics model of the handstand mast lifting mechanism is established and analyzed , and formulae of calculating dynamic load coefficient and friction between adjacent two guide posts are derived. The new handstand mast vertical lift features higher stiffness, guidance quality, and stability, and overcomes all problems with existing indoors lifts.
