摘要 在溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸的研究中,萃取体系的确定至关重要。本文对贵州宏福有限公司的浓缩湿法磷酸采用溶剂萃取法进行净化,对其萃取体系进行了系统研究,获得了萃取性能较好的萃取体系。实验表明:以磷酸三丁醑和20%~30%的稀释剂组成的萃取体系的萃取性能较好,适宜的萃取条件为:相比4/1,萃取时间10min,分相时间5min。 It is very important to decide extraction system in the study of purifying wet process phosphoric acid with solvent extraction method. In the tests, the concentrated wet process phosphoric acid from Guizhou Hongfu Co., Ltd. , was purified by using solvent extraction method. The extraction system was studied systematically, and the extraction system with better extraction properties was obtained. The results showed that extraction capability of the extraction system comprised of tributyl phosphate with diluter 20 % - 30 % was better. The suitable extraction conditions were that organic phase : acid phase was 4 : 1, extraction time was 10 minutes, the time of separating phase was 5 minutes.
