多不饱和脂肪酸对心血管系统的作用及其机制 被引量:26

摘要 目的对多不饱和脂肪酸调节心血管系统的作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述,为多不饱和脂肪酸的进一步研究提供在该领域较为全面的资料。方法查阅国外近年来公开发表的文献20篇,从多不饱和脂肪酸调节血脂、抗心率失常、抗高血压、抗炎及调节糖代谢方面的药理作用进行论述;并讨论其可能的作用机制。结果与结论多不饱和脂肪酸具有较强的生物活性,对心血管系统具有广泛的调节作用。
