薪酬激励研究述评 被引量:5

摘要 有效的薪酬激励可以吸引阅历更丰富、能力更强的人进入企业,鼓励公司内部员工接受职位变化。人力资本的异质性使其对企业的价值存在着重大差异,企业内部有着不同的阶层和特殊的群体,最典型的主要有高管人员、知识员工、销售人员等三类。这三类人力资本特性各异,在企业里所起的作用各不相同,如何通过薪酬激励他们为企业价值的增加以及战略目标的实现而努力,一直是企业界和理论界的研究课题。
